The sword-fighting princess Scarlet sets out on a perilous journey to avenge her father’s murder at the hands of her uncle Claudius. The attempt at revenge fails and Scarlet dies of poison.

When she comes to, she finds herself in the Land of the Dead — a place where the dead from different eras arrive. Unexpectedly, Claudius ends up there too and becomes the ruler of that world. She swears once more to take her revenge on him.
