The film takes place after the events of the first one. Spike is taken in by Sir Jimmy Crystal’s gang of acrobatic killers in a post-apocalyptic England gripped by the rage virus. Meanwhile Dr Ian Kelson makes a deadly discovery whose consequences could change the world.
